This template formatting is by Tarkus Lee from Dustloop Wiki. Displays a button prompt image without making it clickable.
Defaults to 42px tall.

Requires only one argument arguments, and will accept a 2nd
{{Prompt|1|2}}
1 = button or control stick position / motion (eg: A, Analog Up, C Down)
2 = size (optional). Defaults to 22px if not set.
